At GT Automation, our welding and assembly area allows us to repair or refurbish your parts. Our technicians have years of experience in repairs and assembly.
We can fabricate and assemble weldments or bolted assemblies to your specifications. If you have tooling or process equipment that has seen better days, we can disassemble, clean, repair, and refurbish it for a fraction of the cost of new equipment.
Our 20-ton overhead hoist makes quick work of lifting even the largest assemblies. We keep liquid nitrogen on hand to make easy work of precisely seating bearings and press-fit parts. If you have worn out rollers or solid steel wheels, we have the skill and experience necessary to weld them up and turn them back to their original specifications.
